1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored in your browser when you visit a website. They help websites remember information about your visit, such as whether you are logged in.

2. What We Use

RemnowHR uses a minimal approach to browser storage. We do not use third-party advertising, tracking, or analytics cookies. The only storage we use is for authentication:

Note: These are stored in localStorage, not HTTP cookies. They are not sent automatically with every request — our JavaScript reads them explicitly.

3. What We Do Not Use

We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any third-party analytics scripts.
We do not use advertising or retargeting cookies.
We do not use session cookies beyond what is described above.
We do not embed third-party social media widgets that set cookies.

4. Managing Storage

You can clear the stored tokens at any time by:

Clicking "Sign Out" — this clears both tokens immediately.
Clearing your browser's localStorage via Developer Tools → Application → Local Storage.
Clearing all browser site data for this domain.

Clearing these tokens will log you out. No other data is removed from RemnowHR's servers by doing this.

5. Public Careers Pages

The public careers portal (/careers/...) does not require login and does not set any tokens or cookies. No tracking occurs on these pages.

6. Changes

If we introduce new cookies or storage mechanisms in the future, this policy will be updated and Customer administrators will be notified.
